Charles Nyoni brings over three decades of distinguished experience in the aviation industry. A firm advocate of continuous learning, he is currently in the final stages of completing his PhD studies with the University of Zambia.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Management and Corporate Governance from Midlands State University, Zimbabwe, as well as an Honours Degree in Business Management. In addition, he has attained various other academic and professional qualifications that reinforce his expertise in aviation operations and corporate leadership.

Charles previously served as Airport Manager for Robert Gabriel Mugabe International Airport, where he successfully oversaw complex operational and strategic responsibilities. In recognition of his leadership and contributions, he was promoted to Director of Airport Operations in October 2025, a role in which he continues to drive operational excellence and innovation across Zimbabwe’s aviation sector.
