VERENGAI RUSWA is an aviation and finance professional with over 15 years of Finance and Strategy experience, over six years of which have been in the Aviation industry. A Chartered Accountant (SA) (Z) by profession, Verengai also holds an MBA in Applied Aviation Management. He served as CFO for a major player in the aviation industry, and has played a central role in the project to resuscitate and restructure the Namibian Aviation industry as the Project Lead for the Namibia Aviation and Connectivity Forum.

He has also held positions as Senior Manager in Audit and Advisory in a Big 4 Audit firm in the region.  He is currently the Finance Director for the Airports Company of Zimbabwe (Private) Limited (ACZ), a role he has held since November 2022.
