Rumbidzai Ndavambi is a Human Resource professional with over 20 years’ experience in various sectors, including two multi-national organisations. Rumbidzai’s experience has cut across various industries including manufacturing, retail, consultancy and fuel and energy sectors.

Rumbidzai holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Industrial Sociology with the University of Cape Town and a Master’s of Science in Governance & Leadership with NUST (ALMA).
