Davies Mandove is Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Management professional with over 14 years’ experience most of which were in the mining sector (Diamonds and Nickel producers) and construction industry projects (Anglo American and Zimplats infrastructural development projects). Davies holds a BSc Hons in Environmental Science and an Executive MBA from Africa University among other professional and industry specific qualifications. Davies served as the Operations Head of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality at one of Zimbabwe’s Largest Diamond producers by volume. He played a central role in the development and implementation of Business Management Systems for the Diamond producer which later gained international recognition leading to the nomination of Zimbabwe to assume Chairmanship of the World Diamond Regulatory Body in the year 2023, Kimberly Process Certification (KPC). Davies is also an ISO Systems specialist (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 18788, 31000) with vast knowledge and experience in systems development, systems implementation and lead auditing. He is currently the Quality Assurance Manager for the Airports Company of Zimbabwe (Private) Limited (ACZ), a role he has held since September 2022.
